Achieving and maintaining a low body fat percentage is contingent upon a good nutrition plan. Simply put, there is no faster way to fat loss. You can be exercising six times a week, but without a caloric deficit you’ll never be lean. At the end of the day it all comes down to calories. Whether you choose to count your calories, or adopt a program like IIFYM is completely up to you.

Unfortunately, the internet provides a lot of false information about nutrition. Unless you’re okay with the “personalized” diet plan you purchased from that social media influencer, you should throw all of that information away. If you are trying to make a lifelong change, the term diet should be disregarded. Changing your nutrition as a whole should be your goal, and we will teach you how to do that. Plenty of good diet plans exist to get you started, but they should not be relied on.

Furthermore, realize that changing your nutrition is a commitment. It can be very hard to get started, but eating clean gets easier over time.
