There are plenty of multivitamins out there, but none are as good as Orange Triad for bodybuilding. This is a multivitamin, digestion complex, immune complex, and joint complex. Made by Controlled Labs, this vitamin comes in a 270 count bottle, and is actually cheaper than many competing brands. Throughout this Orange Triad review, I’ll be describing why you’re getting the most bang for your buck with this supplement.
- Joint complex with Glucosamine and Chondroitin
- Digestion Support Complex
- Immune support complex
- >100% DV for all major vitamins and minerals
- Great for bodybuilders and performance athletes
Orange Triad Ingredients
In terms of ingredients, you get your standard dose of all the essential vitamins and minerals you normally get in a multivitamin. For most of the vitamins, you are getting at least 100% of the daily value, and a majority of the ingredients exceed this.
Controlled Labs goes over the top with this product to the extent that you probably don’t need to take the recommended serving size. Looking at the ingredient label you will notice that taking anywhere between 3-4 pills instead of 6 will still put you in a good position. Below is a picture of the ingredient label so you can see what I mean.
Take Thiamine for example. With six pills, you’re getting 2000% of the recommended daily value. Even if you take three pills instead of six, you’re still getting 1000% of the daily value!
What I’m trying to say is that you can easily do some math and figure out how many pills you need to consume for proper intake. I’d venture to say that most people would be fine taking three pills daily in addition to their regular diet. If you want to be safe, just take the recommended serving.
Digestion, Immune, and Joint Support Complexes
In addition to all of the vitamins and minerals packed in Orange Triad, you have your joint complex too. The joint complex includes glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate. If you have been bodybuilding for a while, you know that these two ingredients are very common in joint support stacks.
The addition of these substances means that you don’t have to go out and purchase a supplement for your joints. I believe this is one of the best multivitamins for bodybuilding because the built in joint complex is beneficial and cost-effective. MSM, bromelain, and hyaluronic acid are also included for better overall mobility.
Another great aspect of Orange Triad is the digestion and immune complex. Echinacea Purpurea, Ginger Extract, and Blueberry Extract are just a few of the ingredients that compose this complex. Taking a multivitamin by itself will already be beneficial to your immune system, but Orange Triad takes it a step beyond.
To conclude, I personally believe Orange Triad has its place as one of the best bodybuilding supplements. Not only is it an inexpensive product, but it is jam-packed with beneficial ingredients. By taking this multivitamin, you are effectively dealing with three areas of concern. The first being sound micronutrient intake, the second being joint support, and the third being immune support. You truly cannot go wrong with purchasing Orange Triad, it is my number one recommendation for bodybuilding multivitamins.

Despite the fact that this vitamin offers a lot, there are still a couple of downsides to touch on. These may not seem like an issue to you, but they are worth mentioning.
If you take the recommended six pills every day, then one bottle only lasts for 45 days. Honestly, you don’t even need six pills each day because you’re still getting 100% DV for most vitamins from three pills.
This is an “all-in-one” multivitamin, so it contains more ingredients than most multis. If you are strictly looking for a vitamin with no joint or immune complex, there are other options.
More ingredients increase the chances of a negative response to this supplement. Be aware of allergens and your bodily vitamin levels.
Generic vitamins are going to be less expensive compared to this product, but you get what you pay for.
Overall, the positives far outweigh the cons of this product. Regardless, it’s still a good idea to do some research to ensure you’re making the right decision.
There are plenty of great multivitamin supplements, and it truly doesn’t matter which you choose. The brand does not really matter, as long as you’re getting proper micronutrients every day. I mainly recommend this Controlled Labs product if you’re into bodybuilding or if you’re a performance athlete.
Bodybuilders are often on a strict diet and may not get all of the essential micronutrients. An all-in-one vitamin like this one prevents that from being an issue. I also think this product is worth buying if you’re very health conscious and want to make sure you get all your daily needs.
Hopefully, this review was helpful and you’re able to make a more informed decision. Remember to consult your physician if you have any health-related concerns prior to taking this supplement.
